The Proflex Max slatted base incorporates 30 (light bent) flexible wooden slats of layered beech in a base 200 cm long. Wooden slats : layered beech (width 70 to 80 cm : 6 layers ; 90 & 100 cm : 7 layers) with a protective coating for high durability. Slats have special profile for maximum ventilation. Slats are fixed into flexible hytrel joints which are highly durable and give extreme flexibility and permanent resilience.
soft shoulder zone : slats in shoulder zone have 1 beech layer less. Adjustable rubber reinforcement adjusters in the lumbar zone to adjust the comfort of the zone. Slats/joints extend over the wooden framework ensuring no rigid central zone when 2 beds are put together. The frame housing adjustable parts in solid beech, varnished with 2 coats of lacquer.
